MCX trading hours
MCX trades Monday to Friday. All sessions start at 09:00 IST, and the close depends on the commodity:

Why the close changes
Non-agri contracts such as crude oil, natural gas, gold and silver follow global prices, so MCX moves its evening close with US daylight saving, even though India doesn't change its clocks.
The rule is 23:30 during US daylight saving and 23:55 otherwise. MCX applies each change on the Monday after the US clocks move and confirms it by circular, so check the latest one.
